Our workshops cover "hands-on" configuration and administration work. We thereby allow your team to learn effectively using practical training techniques and acquire long-lasting knowledge through their own experience. During the workshops, our advisers integrate elements such as your Active Directory or LDAP, your telephone system, or ERP/CRM data into KIX. We can also cover the work involved in planning and configuring specific interfaces, or integrating KIX into your Intranet or Internet websites, as part of the workshops. During our workshops, we strongly encourage the participants to take a look over our shoulders so they can gain first-hand experience.
