Your tasks

As an IT Service Management Consultant (m/f/d), you advise the customer on the implementation of KIX on a technical level and configure any adjustments according to the customer's wishes.

You ensure the best possible support for your customer by being available as a contact person, answering questions, administering the system or initiating updates.

To ensure that your customer exploits the full potential of our product, you conduct workshops and training courses on site at the customer's premises.

Internally, you work closely with the software development, support and sales departments and the project manager.

You document the technical implementation during the project.

Your profile

You have a degree in computer science or a comparable course of study; alternatively, as a career changer (m/f/d), you have a high affinity for IT and initial experience.

You have basic knowledge of Linux, SQL and web technologies as well as process design and modelling (UML, BPMN).

You like to work in a solution-oriented manner, are communicative and enjoy working with people.

You have a very good command of German and English, enjoy communicating technical knowledge and are not afraid of travelling (15%).
