KIX Field Agent App v1.7.0

NEW OPTIMISATIONS & IMPORTANT ADJUSTMENTS (Android only)

We are constantly developing the KIX Field Agent App, which is indispensable for the effective and mobile work of your field staff. We would like to inform you about the current release version 1.7.0, which is only available for Android systems

Improvements

  • Attachments from file system to tickets and notes
    • Attachments other than just pictures from Gallery or Camera can now be attached to tickets and notes.
  • "Other Tickets
    • The section "Other Tickets" contains another filter: "My tickets"/"Not my tickets". Initially, only tickets of other editors are listed.
  • UI optimisation
    • A click/tap next to the text input field closes the keyboard when creating a ticket or entering a note.
    • The display of the team selection in the ticket entry is identical to the selection in "Other Tickets".

Maintenance

  • Flutter Dependency Update
  • Android specific maintenance
    • Increase API level to 33

Roadmap

The next KIX Field Agent release r.1.8.0 is scheduled for Q4/2023. It will include adding attachments from the file system as well as viewing and entering dynamic fields on the ticket.
