Service Management Conference

On 22 and 23 June 2022, professionals and decision-makers were able to inform themselves and exchange information about developments and experiences with KIX, Open Source and ITSM.
With around 200 participants over two days, the event, which was held as an online event contrary to the original plans, was very well attended.

The first day was all about the users. After the welcome by Managing Director and co-founder Rico Barth and Marketing Director Daniel Rejtö, the product owners reported on successful further developments, milestones and the future of the software. This was followed by user presentations from KIX customers, such as Burda Digital Systems on the migration from KIX Pro 17 to KIX Pro 18.

Other speakers came from the Helmholtz Centre Dresden Rossendorf, the University Hospital Mannheim and the Clinical Centre Ludwigshafen, Bavaria Cleaning GmbH, teknihall Elektronik GmbH, the "Smart City" Freiburg as well as the city of Chemnitz, where KIX is successfully used for pandemic management, among other things.

On the second day, the participants were able to deepen their knowledge in various workshops. Topics included the diverse connection possibilities of KIX to other software solutions, workflow configuration and automation of service processes, how to implement the ITIL4 framework in your company with KIX as well as exclusive technology partner presentations.
