KIX User Conference

The user conference for IT service management and technical customer service is back!
After the success of previous user conferences, we are now preparing for the next big event:
From 15 to 16 June 2022, KIX customers will meet in Chemnitz to exchange knowledge and network.
The #KIXCONF is the event of the year for all companies and institutions that use KIX solutions or are interested in service management technologies and strategies in the open source environment. We were once again able to secure the beautiful historic Metropol cinema as the venue for the event.
Participants can look forward to an inspiring conference programme. Exciting lectures on efficient service management with KIX, expert workshops, user reports, discussion rounds, lots of networking sessions, KIX certifications and, last but not least, the big KIX Party are in the pipeline.
Regular KIXCONF updates as well as all relevant information on the programme will soon be available on our conference website, which is currently still being worked on. Tickets at very fair prices will be available from the end of February 2022. Places are limited!
