With the recertification in October 2020, we were able to gain two new ITSM processes for the "SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL" quality seal. Now a total of 15 processes are officially certified.
KIX in version 17 is now also able to provide its customers with support in the creation of IT Service Continuity Plans for "IT Service Continuity Management". Using template workflows and checklists, you can plan and control actions in the case of a crisis and keep an eye on the assets and resources involved.
In addition, KIX can support you in " Business Relationship Management " and automatically request customer satisfaction after completing a service request. Extensive evaluation options are also available.
"I am not only happy on a personal level about the recognition of KIX as SERVIEW CERTIFICATION TOOL, but especially for our entire team", says managing director Rico Barth.
