Your tasks

  • Location management: You are the contact person for external service providers (property management, caterers, cleaning companies, etc.) and organize meetings and team events.

  • Procurement and travel management: You take care of procurements and orders and organize business trips including travel expense accounting.

  • Bookkeeping: You will join our bookkeeping team and will be responsible for checking and posting invoices and receipts as well as preparing the monthly and annual financial statements for the tax office.

  • Contract management: You will be responsible for managing and organizing documents, files and records as well as maintaining our contract database.

  • Fleet management: You organize new vehicle orders, workshop appointments and the settlement of fuel receipts.

  • Mail management: You keep track of the mailbox and the central e-mail inbox.

  • Telephone switchboard: You coordinate calls from business partners and ensure a smooth flow of communication.


your skills

  • Experience: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have several years of experience in office management as well as practical experience in account assignment and checking documents.

  • Diligence and accuracy: You complete your tasks extremely conscientiously and combine a hands-on mentality with great attention to detail.

  • Organizational talent: You like to keep an overview and have a feeling for assigning tasks and projects correctly, planning and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills: You are friendly and can express yourself well (in German and occasionally in English)

  • Initiative: You like to lend a hand, think along with others and find pragmatic solutions.

  • Tools: You are very familiar with the usual tools (MS Office & Co.) and are open to new things. Ideally, you have knowledge of tax and travel expense law and have already gained experience in working with an ERP system.
