ITSM FOR CENTRAL GERMANY

KIX Service Software is now working together with Lange Engineering IT-Systemhaus. The Erfurt-based IT service provider not only provides KIX ITSM software to its customers, but also takes care of consulting, implementation and configuration. Plus: IT customers in the central German region therefore have a KIX contact person directly on site.

Lange Engineering GmbH was founded in Erfurt in 2001. The IT division 'Lange Engineering IT-Systemhaus' was added in February 2022. The IT service provider offers a wide range of services: From concept development to IT monitoring and support to the complete development of software or the creation of websites. Lange Engineering is already optimising its own internal processes in the areas of order processing and ticket management for employees and customers with KIX.

During my first visit to Lange, I realised that we were on the same wavelength. Only a short time later, we signed the partner agreement.
