The Service Management Forum Switzerland offers expert presentations, keynote speeches, discussion forums, panel discussions and an accompanying trade exhibition with solutions and products for IT service management. The service management community in Switzerland is actively promoted and networked here.

Cape IT is live on site with its own trade fair stand. We will present service management for IT and technical service with the ITIL® 4 certified open source service software KIX.
