The new KIX Pro version (KIX 18) enables you to manage and document all your workflows. The software has been developed specifically for technical service and is ready for your service team to use in a flash. Thanks to its modular design, KIX Pro 18 can be gradually introduced in your company, step by step. The new product also comes with a transparent billing model, which means you can plan your finances and take advantage of the attractive operating costs.

However, that's not all that KIX Pro (KIX 18) can do. The software can now not only be accessed in a web browser, there's also a fully fledged app – meaning your service technicians can conveniently use it from their smartphone or tablet, as well. They can easily work on their service jobs when they're on the move, both online and offline.

What's more, the user interface has been optimized as part of a joint project with occupational psychologists from the Institute of Human Factors and Ergonomics at Chemnitz University of Technology. Boasting a contemporary, user-centric design, the new KIX Pro (KIX 18) provides a simple, user-friendly working interface – meaning your employees can work more efficiently. Moreover, you also need to spend much less time and money training your staff on the new software.
