KIX Release 17.10

We are continuously working to enhance our product for you and have incorporated suggestions from our customers into KIX Release 17.10.

In KIX Start, you now have the option to add links to the footer of your system, meaning you can incorporate your specific legal notice, data protection statement, or general help page.

In KIX Pro, admins will in future be able to assign pre-defined settings to agents, which take effect either when the agent logs in for the first time or each time the agent logs in. For example, when a new employee logs in for the first time, they can access the key basic settings, notifications, search templates, and dashlets.
