The KIX Professional maintenance subscription includes two days of admin standard training per year. We offer training for beginners or for advanced admins. KIX Professional ITSM Training

The ITSM training for KIX Professional is tailored for admins, who already know the system and who would like to get to know further service functions of ITSM and technical service.
The focus is set on the following issues:

  • ITSM Terminology
  • CMDB / General Catalogue
  • CMDB Draft
  • Interfaces CMDB & Tickets
  • ACL
  • Template Workflows
  • Wide Spread Incident
  • CMDB Explorer
  • CI Admin Modules
  • Date Exchange

target audience:

  • operators or technical supervisor / responsible persons of KIX Professional
  • no pure application users


Linux skills would be an advantage as some demonstrations / examples are performed with the shell of the KIX server.
