KIX Professional is a browser-based service system for professional IT and technical service. The software includes comprehensive features to provide efficient technical service. It is open source and is based on KIX. KIX Professional can be used on premise or in your cloud. Support is included in the paid software maintenance , but it is not limited on the number of service employees who use the system.
