Review: CeBIT 2013: Our main theme Service Level and Contract Management in OTRS
An increasing number of visitors from more than 120 countries and more decision makers from the IT were reported after the CeBIT in Hannover was over. Talks with our customers, partners, potencial clients and community confirmed the report of the management of the fair. Very enthusiastic feedback followed our presentations of the new KIX4OTRS and additional modules (among all integration with CTI, ERP, CRM, inventory, knowledge data bases). Therefore, KIX4OTRS is indeed seen as the integration plattform for service processing.
Our business partners reported already the need to manage and optimize service contracts in OTRS. We set it as the main theme for the fair and presented our solutions successfully. The additional modules KIXServiceCatalog and KIXTimeAccounting as well as the related reporting with KPI data were highly interesting for our dialogue partners. We are satisfied that our preparatory work allows us to be one step ahead to support our customers in the optimal way. We would also like to thank all our guests for their positive feedback and successful cooperation.
