KIX4OTRS-function of the month: Extensions of the Customer Information Board
The Customer Information Board develops itself into the real help for all relevant customer data thanks to the new, additional dashlets. An additional information field allows to write extended, customer-specific comments. From the relevant ERP or CRM tools, customer data can be integrated and allow displaying of among all customer turnover from the last year, open bills or projects. Additionally, you can use dashlets that include specific ticket templates (limited to the chosen customer).
