KIX4OTRS-Feature of the month: temporary mark as ToDo / task

Every service agent can mark individually and freely any ticket article as ToDo / task. Service agent can also write some key words or short description of the set tasks. All tickets with such mark are available as a list anytime in the central navigation menu. The individual marks are only visible to the agent, who marked own tasks, and can be removed anytime as well.
