KIX4OTRS-Feature of the month: Switch-Button for switching between agent and customer frontend

If you use OTRS for the internal purposes, your service agents need also the access to the customer frontend to document their own incidents or to fill a request for leave. To make it easier to your agents to switch between the frontends, your agents can use the so-called switch button - without any additional login. The button can be found next to the personal settings in both frontends.
