KIX4OTRS-Feature of the month: Reuse of ticket attachments
Service agents use very often attachments as part of the e-mail communication. To make the re-use of e-mail attachments easier, KIX4OTRS shows all attachments of a ticket in the e-mail response window on the right side in a check-box. Agents can simply select the relevant attachment without any extra effort to search it or upload it. Selected attachments will be sent automatically via e-mail.
