KIX4OTRS-Feature of the month: hierarchical text templates
Our KIX4OTRS text templates are already well known and intensively used. These text templates depend on queue, ticket type and ticket state, so you can display them on relevant steps of the process. Since KIX4OTRS 5.1, you can sort them hierarchically into categories, and use them while ticket creating and editing. It makes it easier for service agents to discriminate the single subject areas optically and to chose the relevant text template faster than before.
