Helpdesk KIX4OTRS and IT after a therapy
Success story from the health care area
We supported a group of Saxon hospitals to organize their IT more central and modern. This project based on a modular approach opens a variety of further options for development of process-oriented IT in the sense of ITIL. The focus of the first project phase has been put on implementation of KIX4OTRS for incident management and establishment of CMDB with data from the maintained IT systems and PCs that flow into the OTRS-CMDB directly.
