Feature-Release: KIX4OTRS 6.1 for OTRS 3.3

9 months after publication of KIX4OTRS 6.0, we publish the new release of our service management solution. The version 6.1 includes 39 new features. The majority of them comes from the successful customer projects and feedback from the OTRS community. Highlights are search within all CI classes of the CMDB, saving of CI graph and import/export of ticket templates (quick tickets). Additionally, ticket templates can be displayed role-based to chosen agent groups.
