Your tasks


  • As a product management / requirements engineer (m/f/d), you are an important interface between our specialist departments and software development.
  • You independently capture ideas and requirements from the customer's perspective and are responsible for the further maintenance of the requirements documentation.
  • You observe the competition, which is important for our software, and support the preparation of product comparisons and product certifications.
  • The active support of our Scrum teams as well as the organisation and execution of meetings are part of your tasks.
  • You always stay up to date with new or changed product features of our software and actively support neighbouring divisions in customer consulting through regular exchange.

Your profile


  • You have completed a technical education or have a comparable qualification. 
  • You have experience in working with software development teams in agile projects (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and have conceptual and analytical skills. 
  • You already have methodical and practical experience in the area of product management of complex software projects and have a quick grasp. 
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of process modelling (e.g. EPK, BPMN) and natural language requirements definition (use cases, user stories).
  • Your structured, independent way of working and very good communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to implement results on time.
