Your tasks


  • As a Community Management employee (m/f/d), you are an important interface between our specialist departments and our community.
  • You are responsible for setting up and further developing our network and independently collect ideas and requirements from the customer's perspective.
  • You observe the competition, which is important for our software, and support the development of product comparisons and product certifications.
  • The active support of our Scrum teams as well as the organisation and execution of meetings are part of your tasks.
  • You always stay up to date with new or changed product features of our software and actively support neighbouring divisions in customer consulting through regular exchange.

Your profile


  • You have a successfully completed degree, preferably in the field of (business) informatics or communication sciences, or a completed technical training with comparable knowledge.
  • You have several years of experience in working with software development teams in agile projects (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and have strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • You already have methodical and practical experience in the area of product management of complex software projects and have a quick perception.
  • Ideally, you have experience in dealing with customers, networks and the open source community (e.g. blog, idea management, networking).
  • Your structured, independent way of working and very good communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to achieve targeted results on time.
