The cooperation between KIX and SerNet combines the topics of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Security Management (ISM). The existing interface to verinice.PRO makes it possible to enrich generated tickets with information for the processing of verinice objects and to enter the changed information directly back into the verinice database after processing.
The integration of verinice.PRO and KIX is an expression of the openness of both open source solutions with all their advantages of flexibility, transparency and cost efficiency. Our goal is to further strengthen this cooperation as we continue to develop verinice as a SaaS solution.
