EXTENDED TIME LOGGING

 

The standard time recording in KIX Pro 18 has now been configured in such a way that several categories, sub-categories and calculation types are available to the user, depending on their needs and requirements.

The time recording on the ticket and the billing to the customer are significantly expanded in terms of functionality and can be adapted even better to individual requirements.

For example, the functions "Time recording" and "Edit time recording" are available in the menu. In the action, for example, the actual working time (e.g. in minutes), the working time category (e.g. working day, night, Sunday and public holiday, travel time) as well as the specific activity and the place of execution (remote / on-site) can be entered.


Processing of the data entered

After the activities carried out have been booked, the working times are added up to the corresponding categories. A performance record can now be updated, which is made up of the activities and entries in the individual fields.

The booked activities can be displayed directly in the ticket information. Alternatively, the information entered can also be viewed or edited / corrected using the "Edit time recording" action (fields e.g. read-only).


Invoice

The fields can be used with placeholders for individual text modules for billing or the provision of the service information provided to the customer. This can then be sent in an email. Alternatively, there is the option of using the fields in reporting and then carrying out an evaluation / billing using the report.
