In 2022, we also have a number of practice-oriented trainings and seminars in our programme so that you can make the most of your KIX and use it individually. Even if we still can't meet live on-site in Chemnitz, we'll make the best of the situation and just get started online. We look forward to meeting you!

KIX Pro Administration - The Basics Workshop

In our modular KIX basic training for administrators, we introduce you to the configuration and set-up of the service management software.

Using many best practice examples and tips & tricks, we show you how you can map your company-specific service processes in KIX.

This training is specially tailored to administrators who technically manage KIX. Basic knowledge of Linux is advantageous, as some demonstrations and examples will be carried out on the console level of the KIX server.
