KIX Release 18.15
New functions in KIX (version 18)
Even better reporting options (KIX Start/Pro/Cloud)
KIX now integrates better options for reporting service orders. KIX Start supports a generic reporting approach. KIX Pro and Cloud support various output formats in reporting. SQL-based and expandable reports enable queries of all kinds - not just limited to ticket numbers or ticket lists. Additional report formats and easier-to-use report objects are also available in KIX Pro and Cloud.
This gives administrators a very flexible reporting system. Users can thus be offered preconfigured reports for important service key figures in different output formats such as CSV, Excel or PDF.
