KIX Release 17.12
New functions in KIX (version 17)
With the new release, we have adapted the installers to the latest operating system versions. You can find the current compatibilities at: https://www.kixdesk.com/en/support/compatibility/
It is now also possible to individually configure the character length in overviews for values of dynamic fields. The limitation to 20 characters that was in place until now will no longer apply.
In KIX Pro (version 17), photos and graphics are now shown in article lists as a preview image. Therefore, in the future, you will get a quicker overview of the individual ticket attachments. In our "Security Management" add-on function, modules can be configured and synchronized.
In addition, version 17.12 offers the possibility to update or create objects from other systems in the KIX CMDB using "generic invokers". In addition, additional headers can be added during the transfer process, a proxy can be configured, and the SSL host name test can be deactivated.
