KIX Release 17.11

We have published our KIX Update 17.11, right on time for the new month of May. You can now save a lot of time when uploading attachments in ticket-related dialogs, as the new KIX version enables you to add several attachments at a time to your ticket dialogs.
We have also amended the layout of the service software in places to provide you with a better overview. Release 17.11 for KIX also includes the security patches that we published last month. Detailed information is available in the KIX forum.
