KIX 18 NOW AVAILABLE ON THE ONLINE SERVICE GITHUB

The KIX 18 service management software is the most up-to-date open-source technology designed for technical service.

The KIX 18 open-source software from cape IT has been available from the online service github since last week. The platform enables users to obtain the source code for KIX and view the latest developments. The most recent version of KIX Start is freely available as a transparent offer.

The new KIX 18 service management system has been developed specially for use in technical service. Container technology has been consistently used, meaning the software can be installed and trialled on many different operating environments. KIX 18 isn't just available for desktop PCs, it can also be expanded with a complementary Field Agent App for iOS and Android. Your employees can use this app to conveniently call up their service jobs when they are on the move. The Pro version of our open-source software will in future also feature a Self Service Portal, enabling end customers and partners to easily submit service notifications and track their progress.
