All about Automation was held over two days at the Messezentrum Globana exhibition center in Leipzig and placed the spotlight firmly on automation. The exhibitors were spread over several halls and showcased the very latest trends and developments in this field. cape IT was also in attendance with the KIX Professional MRO system software, showing once again how its open-source software is revolutionizing the workflows for managing maintenance jobs. Using real-world use cases and the brand-new MRO video clip, we clearly demonstrated how all IT components and technical equipment used for Industry 4.0 can be optimally combined, and how SMEs, too, can make the most of Industry 4.0.

On the first day of the trade show, Frank Helm from the cape IT Sales team held a highly regarded presentation on this very topic in the Talk Lounge. He explained how KIX Professional MRO can be used to efficiently manage jobs, and how tried-and-tested ITSM tools and systems can be better integrated with industrial services.
