We're delighted to be able to present the next set of enhanced features to you.
We have implemented the following features for you:

  • Improved database performance when searching by dynamic fields

  • Open checklist tasks are displayed in the toolbar

  • The positions and lengths of quotes can now be configured in reply templates

  • There are now placeholders for contract partner attributes of the actual sender (e.g. for reply e-mails)

  • When sorting ticket lists (e.g. by queue), the result is now also sorted by ticket ID

  • The time booking preference can be determined using an agent setting or a ticket value (e.g. queue, service)

  • A new event that notifies you when all sub-tasks in the workflow have been completed
