Your tasks

  • As an IT Support Engineer, you will deal with system failures and configuration requests from customers for our product KIX.
  • You will proactively support our customers by checking error messages and performing regular system maintenance and operating system updates.
  • In addition to importing new KIX versions, you will be a competent contact person for the community in the KIX forum and offer help for self-help.

What to bring

  • You have a technical education and a good understanding of IT.
  • Reading and understanding code is no challenge for you, and you have experience working with Linux and/or ticket systems.
  • You are fluent in German, have a basic knowledge of English and enjoy communicating technical knowledge and advising customers.
  • You want to be part of something big and contribute to a product you can identify with.
