Your tasks
- As an IT Support Engineer, you will deal with system failures and configuration requests from customers for our product KIX.
- You will proactively support our customers by checking error messages and performing regular system maintenance and operating system updates.
- In addition to importing new KIX versions, you will be a competent contact person for the community in the KIX forum and offer help for self-help.
What to bring
- You have a technical education and a good understanding of IT.
- Reading and understanding code is no challenge for you, and you have experience working with Linux and/or ticket systems.
- You are fluent in German, have a basic knowledge of English and enjoy communicating technical knowledge and advising customers.
