Your tasks
- As Content Marketing Manager for Social Media & E-Mail Marketing (m/f/d) you will develop great content (website texts, articles, blog posts, interviews, product flyers, etc.) about our service management software KIX and our company.
- You will also plan, coordinate and continuously develop the regular distribution of your great content on our social media channels (LinkedIn, FB, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Last but not least, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our regular newsletter and various mailings.
What to bring
- You have successfully completed a degree or training in media, marketing, online editing, PR, etc. and/or have relevant experience.
- You are passionate about IT marketing and you love social media, especially on business platforms like LinkedIn!
- You can easily translate technical descriptions of our software into appealing marketing copy.
- Very good German and English skills are essential.
- You also have an eye for design and layout and can judge whether a photo, screenshot, etc. meets our quality standards.
- Experience with mailing tools such as Brevo, Mailchimp, etc. is a plus.
- Experience with graphics programs (Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.) is also welcome, but not required.
- If you enjoy photography or filming, and possibly even have experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere), that would be the icing on the cake.
- A proactive, structured approach to work and good self-organization and teamwork skills are very important to us.
