Your tasks
- You advise the customer on a technical level during the implementation of KIX and configure possible customizations according to the customer's wishes.
- You ensure the best possible support for your customer by being available as a contact person, answering questions, administering the system and initiating updates.
- To ensure that your customer uses the full potential of our product, you will conduct workshops and training sessions at the customer's site.
- Internally, you will work closely with software development, support, sales, and the project manager.
- You will document the technical implementation throughout the project.
What to bring
- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, you are a career changer (m/f/d) with a high affinity for IT and initial experience.
- You have basic knowledge of Linux, SQL and web technologies as well as process design and modeling (UML, BPMN).
- You are solution-oriented, communicative and enjoy working with people.
- You have a very good command of German and English, enjoy communicating technical knowledge and are willing to travel (approx. 15%).
