That was the KIXCONF 2025
KIXCONF 2025 was big – bigger – GREAT!
With a new visitor record, exciting customer stories, interactive panels, and valuable exchanges on stage, during breaks, and at the get-together, we experienced just how great the KIX community is.
Roadmap and much more
"KIX never stops evolving!" With these words, KIX product owner Torsten Thau began his presentation. It's a statement that resonates strongly with the community. After all, everyone wants to know what the KIX team has planned for the latest releases and what's coming next. You can find the answers in our current KIX roadmap, among other places.
Help shape, discuss, and learn: If you want to participate in the further development of KIX, ask critical questions, and be inspired by practical use cases from other KIX users, then KIXCONF is the right place for you. This is confirmed by feedback from participants.
Childhood heroes and Olympic champions
One particular highlight, which at first glance seemed unrelated to IT, was the keynote speech by Jens Weißflog. The former ski jumping world champion and Olympic gold medalist, who now owns a hotel in the spa town of Oberwiesenthal, inspired the participants with his life story.
During his athletic career in the 1980s and 1990s, he demonstrated how he successfully transitioned from the parallel style to the V-style, winning gold medals at the Winter Olympics with both techniques.
He shared his experiences and insights from that time with the KIXCONF 2025 participants. This made him the perfect catalyst for the topic of change management.
We say THANYK YOU!
A big thank you to everyone who attended and made this conference so special. We had two action-packed days with exciting presentations, impressive customer stories, and plenty of networking opportunities.
The evening get-together at Chemnitz's Uferstrand was the ideal place to chat with other participants and partners, as well as the KIX team, and have fun together in glorious summer weather. There was a large barbecue buffet and entertaining beach games.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the teams of Hotel Chemnitzer Hof, Uferstrand Chemnitz, Veranstaltungstechnik PM2 and Feinkost Häusler for their tremendous support.
