Two great days of ITSM around KIX in Chemnitz!
KIXCONF 2023 was a great success! More than 100 customers and partners came to Chemnitz to share their service management strategies and KIX with us. Exclusive user stories, expert presentations, workshops and lots of networking provided a great conference program.
We say thank you and goodbye until the next #KIXCONF!
The two days in the historic Chemnitzer Hof showed us once again how important the personal exchange within the KIX community is. Exciting customer stories with strong content, e.g. from Jan Winkler from the State Office of Finance of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern or Falk Scholz from Aucotec AG, inspired the participants and provided plenty of topics for discussion during the evening networking.
A highlight for many participants was the get-together at the Chemnitz Oberdeck, an exclusive event loft on the roof of a furniture store. With the best midsummer weather and a large barbecue buffet, there was something for everyone: great networking and a great way to end the first day of the conference.
Also on the second day the "Spiegelsaal" was fully occupied despite the parallel workshops. One of the highlights was the personal presentation of our KIX support team, which most customers only know from the phone or tickets. In addition, Thomas Lange and Stefan Mehlig outlined the roadmap for a successful migration to KIX 18 and provided customers with helpful tips and procedures.
A big thank you to all speakers, participants and partners as well as the Chemnitzer Hof, the team of Oberdeck and Feinkost Häußler. You all contributed to make the KIXCONF 2023 a great success!
