Partnership KIX and Lange Engineering
KIX Service Software now works together with Lange Engineering IT-Systemhaus. The IT service provider from Erfurt not only offers the KIX ITSM software to its customers, but also takes care of consulting, implementation and configuration. Plus: IT customers in the Central German region now have a KIX contact person on site.

Lange Engineering GmbH was founded in 2001 in Erfurt, Germany. The IT division 'Lange Engineering IT-Systemhaus' was added in February 2002. The IT service provider offers a wide range of services: From concept development to IT monitoring and support to the complete development of software or the creation of websites. Lange Engineering already optimizes its own internal processes in the areas of order processing and ticket management for employees and customers with KIX.
