KIX v35 offers new features like the graphical form editor, clear ticket action grouping, and call guides for your service teams. Work is already in full swing on further product highlights and improvements in KIX Release v36.

- 10/2025: v36 with mentions, absence substitution and a new maintenance planning method
- 10/2025: "KIX Workforce Management" add-on with Kanban boards
- Q1/2026: "KIX Time & Material" add-on
and also:
- Revision and refresh of the UI in accordance with the Barrier-Free Strengthening Act (BFSG)
- Process mapping deepening

A new version of the KIX Field Agent app will be released in 2025. This version will enable the configuration of work report content and the use of attachments in forms and on-device information.
