We are constantly developing the KIX Field Agent App, which is indispensable for the effective and mobile work of your field staff. We would like to inform you about the latest version 1.7.0, which is available for Android systems only.
Improvements
Implementation of "Privacy Policy" requirements
Require active user consent for app read access to file system, gallery, camera

Attachments from file system to tickets and notes
Attachments other than images from Gallery or Camera can now be attached to tickets and notes.
“Other Tickets”
The "Other Tickets" section contains an additional filter: "My tickets"/"Not my tickets". Initially, only tickets from other editors will be listed.
UI optimization
A click/tap next to the text input field closes the keyboard when creating a ticket or entering a note.
The display of the team selection in the ticket entry is identical to the selection in "Other Tickets".

Roadmap
The next KIX Field Agent release r.1.8.0 is scheduled for Q4/2023. It will include adding attachments from the file system as well as viewing and entering dynamic fields on the ticket.
