KIX Pro: ITIL-certified open source service management for maximum flexibility

As part of the partnership, KIX provides KIX Pro, the leading open source service management software, which can be used for lean service desks, classic IT service management, and cross-departmental enterprise service management. This modular solution can be expanded as needed and is certified in 16 ITIL^® 4 practices.

On-premises and European cloud solutions

Since early 2025, both companies have experienced an increase in demand for solutions that are digitally sovereign and can be operated on-premises or in a European cloud. This collaboration provides customers and partners with easy access to consulting expertise and project experience from init[], as well as the right platform from KIX.
